A Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), or rear endings, or whiplash injuries, can be a traumatic, a painful and trying experience that affects our everyday lives. Following an MVA, there can be immediate and delayed responses from our body that may lead to a decreased level of function.

At Corvallis Sport and Spine Physical Therapy, we take an individualized approach to treating your identified impairments and limitations through use of a comprehensive examination and evaluation. Some of the interventions used to treat the underlying causes of your pain may include:
- Soft Tissue Massage
- Manual Therapy
- Strengthening and endurance exercises
- Mobility and flexibility exercises
- Pain modalities (including heat, ice, electrical stimulation, ultrasound)
- Traction if needed
We see many MVA’s at our clinic, so if you or someone you know has experienced an MVA and would like to work, live, play... again, we provide excellent care for you at Corvallis Sport and Spine Physical Therapy. We look forward to seeing you!
