Tess Kreofsky,
PT, DPT Pelvic Health Specialist

Tess grew up in Fairbanks, AK enjoying the many outdoor adventures offered by the state. She was first introduced to the importance of movement science while working as a Wildlife Biologist, trekking through the deep woods and mountain lands of various beautiful national parks in the Pacific Northwest. In 2017 Tess decided that she wanted to dedicate her life to helping people enjoy exercise and movement as much as she did.

While in school Tess discovered her passion for women's and men’s pelvic health. She received training under multiple Pelvic Specialists and through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is continuing to obtain her national certifications to help men and women heal in post-operative phases throughout life. Tess also has a passion for encouraging women to stay strong and empowered throughout the perinatal stages and transformations. Tess’s treatment style is built on compassion and empathy paired with evidence-based techniques, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.

What her patients say about her:
“Tess helped me gain confidence in my ability to recover and get back to what I love doing.”

Education:

  • Graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana
  • Master of Science Education at Portland State University

In her free time, Tess enjoys volunteering in her community through vaccine clinics, Meals on Wheels, food banks, senior centers, and anywhere else she can help her fellow citizens. When not in the office or volunteering in her Corvallis, Tess enjoys exploring the numerous trails and rivers that Oregon has to offer with her partner and two fluffy dogs.
