It is her passion to help individuals understand how to recover and care for their bodies. "People are so powerful in their ability to gain healthier bodies given the right conditions. It has been my immense joy to help people realize their strength."

Paula has learned a great deal from her volunteer work as a Physical Therapist in Haiti which she brings back to the States applying practical solutions to complex problems for recovery.
In her free time, Paula enjoys being with her dogs and enjoying the outdoors, running or playing on the beach.
